The gas pressure in a sealed container varies with temperature, and for the purpose of statistics and comparison, the relative pressure value of SF6 at 20 ℃ is usually used as the scale value. During on-site inspection, the SF6 pressure measured in a certain environment must be converted to its equivalent pressure value at 20 ℃, completing dynamic automatic compensation of pressure and temperature to determine the performance of the density relay. This verification device utilizes the precise mathematical model of the relationship between SF6 gas pressure and temperature obtained through our long-term in-depth research. It is a SF6 gas density relay verification equipment designed according to the needs of on-site testing. It adopts embedded microcomputer technology and a fully enclosed SF6 gas circulation system, and uses imported high-performance pressure and temperature sensors to solve the current difficulty in verifying SF6 gas density relays on site.
